Our father, Joe, was a stickler for freshness and quality. We continue his high standards when it comes to procuring the best possible, freshest, highest quality raw materials. The ingredient selection process includes not only our selective procurement team, but also our the discerning palates of our R&D team, including a certified RCA executive chef.
Our two facilities encompass over 64,000 square feet combined. We pride ourselves on our investment of the best available, state-of-the-art equipment. Safety and energy efficiency are valued right along with production efficiency and quality when choosing our machinery. We also house our own laboratory to efficiently maintain our highest quality standards. We also have our own storage freezer which ensures Ragozzino custody of all finished goods until they are ready ship to our customers.
As an SQF level 2 certified facility, we strive for excellence in quality. Our in-house laboratory enables us expedited sampling of all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. We receive and verify all supplier COA’s. Food safety is paramount to Ragozzino and we are constantly reviewing all QA programs and procedures to be sure to bring our family of customers the utmost in safe, quality food products.
